Application forms for commercial breeding can be obtained from any state PERHILITAN office or the Department&#8217;s website. After completing and submitting the form to the relevant state PERHILITAN Director, the department will conduct an assessment and site visit before forwarding the application to PERHILITAN Headquarters for further evaluation. Offspring born from these stocks must be recorded in the stock book. As the Department has not yet printed the breeding stock books, copies of the stock book forms or business stock books (RM15) can be used. These offspring can be sold, and receipts should be issued by the breeder.
